Publishers worry after Facebook updates its News Feed

Facebook announced changes to how its News Feed works, along with “News Feed Values”, a set of principles that define what content is prioritised on its users’ News Feed. In short, the News Feed is driven from now on more strongly by the activity of the users’ friends and family, while news content takes the back seat – a fact that has predictably caused animated discussion among news publishers.
